Dr. Alex practices with Urology of Indiana and sees patients at their Carmel office located at 11380 Illinois Street, Carmel, IN 46032.

Although Dr. Alex isn't able to accept new testosterone or peptide patients, his personally trained Physician Assistant team is. Dr. Alex is still seeing new surgical consultations. His medical license is limited to Indiana, so he can only see you if you're physically in Indiana at the time of your visit. Plenty of patients travel in from out of state, and our office is happy to work with you to find a time that works.
