Dr. Alex Tatem speaking

Dr. Alex Tatem is a board-certified urologist and one of the most-followed men's health voices on YouTube. His channel boasts more than 200,000 subscribers with over 14 million views, and has become the place people come to understand testosterone, peptides, and performance medicine. Dr. Alex reads the research and pairs it with something rarer: experience gained from treating thousands of patients with his own hands in both the clinic and operating room. Audiences get the real answer, grounded in what actually works.

Dr. Alex has given more than 100 talks and presentations and published more than 25 peer-reviewed papers. He's previously co-authored the American Urological Association's Core Curriculum on testosterone deficiency, and currently runs one of the busiest men's health surgical practices in the country.

For journalists and producers:Dr. Alex takes press calls on testosterone and hormone therapy, peptides and compounding, GLP-1s and metabolic medicine, erectile dysfunction and sexual health, male fertility, and men's health policy. He is comfortable on the record, moves fast on deadline, and can go broadcast-quality remote from his studio in Indianapolis. Reach him directly at alextatemmd@gmail.com. Past appearances are here.

Speaking Topics.

Keynote presentations and panel discussions tailored for medical societies, executive health forums, and corporate wellness programs.

The Men's Health Revolution

Men's health is in the middle of the biggest shift it has ever had. Testosterone therapy has moved from the fringe into mainstream guideline-driven care, and metabolic medicine now has tools that genuinely work. Dr. Alex has spent his career inside that shift, treating these patients daily and co-authoring the national curriculum that trains urologists on testosterone deficiency. He shows audiences what the evidence supports right now, and how much further it reaches than most of them expect.

The Longevity Acceleration

From peptides to stem cells, exosomes to hormone therapy, longevity medicine is moving faster than most of medicine can track it. Dr. Alex has testified before the FDA and worked directly on the regulatory questions shaping access to peptides and personalized medications, a vantage point almost no practicing clinician has. He separates what the evidence already supports from what is still a promise, and lays out where the rules are heading for prescribers, pharmacies, and suppliers.

The Algorithm Will See You Now

Patients now arrive with a diagnosis, a protocol, and a creator they trust more than their physician. Dr. Alex works both sides of that, operating full time while reaching more than 200,000 subscribers and 14 million views on YouTube. What social media gets right about health, where it goes wrong, and how physicians and health systems earn attention without spending their credibility.

The Business of Medicine

Independent practice is being reshaped on a scale no one in medicine was trained for. Dr. Alex lived it, starting in pure private practice and coming out the other side of two capital transactions, and he now serves as corporate director of men's health for the national platform his group joined. A direct look at consolidation, cash-pay, and what physicians actually own versus what they only rent.
